Damnit, can't find the post. Someone posted a deal for a very cheap security camera from Kmart. Someone else found the same camera on a pawn shop Ebay page for $120 (IIRC).
So yeah, perhaps they do buy stuff from other stores.
Obviously someone has hocked them and they're selling them on…There is never enough staff in the stores let alone sending them on shopping trips to the local bigdub.
