My name is Falguni Thakkar, hence the email address. I've only recently started this business from home and I'm still in the process of obtaining a custom domain and sorting other stuff out. Therefore, I can understand your concerns but if you're worried about this being some sort of a 'scam' then I assure you it's not.
I'm glad you're asking questions, I like being honest with my customers and frankly speaking about the 'HotOrNot' profile, I have no idea where that came from.

P.S - Since I'm still working on the business name, I'd love to get some feedback on which one is better: Treschicjewels or JewellBazaar?

Your store name is Treschicjewels, but the T&C refers to "JewellBazaar". There's no JewellBazaar in the Australian Business Register.
There was a business name "Tres Chic Jewellery" for "Jasmin Smith", ABN 68 358 814 573, Pakenham Vic, but the business name was cancelled 25 June 2015.
You give an email address with "thakkar.falguni", which turns up a Facebook profile and even a "HotOrNot" profile that matches the Vic location, but there's no link with "Jasmin Smith".
Who are people dealing with if they buy from this site?
