Dell XPS 13" 256GB i7 laptop

This laptop is expensive!
It's around $300 cheaper in Germany but the next time I will be in Europe will be March 2016.

But that's a while away.

If anyone knows of a way to get this around $1300-$1500 it would be appreciated.

Yep get a time machine and go back 6 months. The Aussie dollar has completely tanked and even on direct currency conversion (before Australia tax) it will cost more than that in USD.

Use a student discount/coupon offer to save ~10-15%?

Dell NZ's pricing is nuts too… $1699, $2099 and $2499 for the same 3 tiers yet the middle is on special locally here for $1605 at JB NZ and $1800 when normal priced.

Not sure how good the dell outlet store is here but when I bought an XPS702 about 3/4 years ago it was literally half the price. I seem to remember they used to put laptop up at a certain times of day and they went quite quickly.
