Thanks OP. Is the Acuvue Trueye generally regarded as the best daily lense? I've been using the Easyvision Umere but they dry out my eyes…
I have used Acuvue Moist and I recommend those, my eyes did not feel dry even though I wore them for longer than the suggested 10-or-so hours. I now wear fortnightly lenses, but have snapped up this deal and ordered a box of Acuvue Moist as well. I have only ever tried the Acuvue brand though.
I got recommended Trueye over Moist by my optometrist over a year ago, as Moist was leaving my eyes very dry and red by the end of the day.
Although Trueye does not completely solve the problem, my eyes feel much better with them - less dryness.
Still use Moist for short-term wear (eg. sports), but recommend Trueye if you are wearing the whole day.
You might want to pop-in and see your local optom. I hear proclear is good for dry eyes but not an optom so can't recommend anything. There is a new range from Alcon which is a bit pricey but I hear it's good (Dailies Total 1). Unfortunately Species doesn't have it yet but worth taking a look at. Generally the new technology stuff is great for retaining moisture.
