"Tamuway - the number one rum" - I'm surprised I can remember the name, Christ I was maggoted. The wife's devoutly Christian relos were not impressed.

err… you might be referring to Tanduay.

        • @cheapbloke:

Did you try emperador light rum, it was a looot tastier…

If you get the nickname "Lasingero" from now on, you should know it means "drunkard". Tanduay is the nastiest stuff, but the aged ones (Superior and 5 y/o) are decent.

        • @alizzan: Yeah, I remember thinking, if this is the number one rum, the number two rum must be f**king awful.

        • @paizuri:thats cos there isn't really a number two. :)

I miss the Cebu pacific dancing girls. I paid $30 for a flight, $1 for a duty free bottle of vodka AND I got dancing girls. That's bang for your buck right there.

      • You literally got a bang for your buck

I would drink these any day of the year over Carlton Draught

They taste like a slightly poorer mans Corona, well the SML do, cant remember pilsons taste but there not as nice

    • Pale Pilsen is a lot different than SML. More like a regular bitter.

  • they had this at the bottle o at aspley QLD for 34.99 on the weekend. Oh how I miss red horse less then a $1 for a beer :(

  • A very good price indeed, thanks OP.

Just picked up 24 Leo beers for $36.99 plus 5% off (ME paypass). Wife gets a cab home paid by the company and then submits receipt (Another 5% off ME bank paypass)

Beers purchased at Aldi, I find them the cheapest.

    Beer- nailed it.

  • This is better than the $34 Becks that Dan murthy recently had and better than the $35 carlsberg that 1st choice had 3 months ago

  • Bought one today. The beer is best before November so plenty of time to drink it.
