Does anyone know any good reliable garage door repairers in Melbourne?
I have one of those sectioned doors that fold up with a motor and has a torsion spring system up top with the two side pulleys with cables. The cable came loose on both sides while bringing the door down using the remote and it was struggling to go down but finally shut fully, not sure what happened so I disconnected the manual override and tried to lift manually but now the door seems too heavy to lift, so I think the spring might be broken or something else not sure.
Want to get someone qualified in to fix it without hopefully charging too much. Any ideas of how much cost I'd be looking at?
The door is branded ECO Door - https://www.google.com.au/search?q=ecodoors their website is currently down so linking google search. I am wondering if I should ring them up first.
Its not urgent as I take the train to work, but my car is trapped inside so hope to get it fixed this week.

My mate's brother runs AGG Doors and I've used them years ago. I've just checked on their reviews and one customer has a similar problem to yours.
