Transferring Bike Rego (Vic Roads)

Just bought a bike with registration and rwc wondering when transfering to my name will i need to take the bike into vicroads for an inspection?

  Nope..just need to submit application and rwc at the counter.

  How do I lodge this application?
  You must submit this form with relevant documents (eg. RWC) and applicable
  payment within 14 days of sale by:
  mail (credit card, debit card, cheque or money order) to:
  GPO Box 1644, Melbourne Victoria 3001
  If paying by credit or debit card, provide your card details on the back of the coloured
  form. A confirmation advice will be sent to you within 14 days of a successful
  transfer of the vehicle registration.
  Important: If you need to provide evidence of identity, present your original documents
  along with this application in person at a VicRoads Customer Service Centre.
