My out of pocket medical expenses in 2014/2014 were greater than $2,000. I did not claim any out of pocket expenses in the previous financial year. Am I entitled to claim my out of pocket expenses?

No, the government changed the rules and if you haven't claimed it the past 2 year, you are not eligible for it anymore.

SMHfair enough, our accountant said the Liberal govt brought it in, was just going by him.
I have only ever gone over the threshold one and been able to claim, every other time I have been just under.
