Low Power Lights - High Lumen Value

We have a warehouse we have converted and we are trying to find some suitable relatively low power but relatively high lumen light fittings. We currently have wall mount fittings 'cause the ceiling is too far away to be practical. We also currently have one outdoor LED light which looks awful but throws a reasonable amount of light and some old halogen fittings that put out a lot of light but you can, literally, cook an insect on them; smoke comes off and everything. We are looking at roughly 70W and at least 4K of lumens and I would prefer to deal with an Australian company. (I don't want my house to burn down). I also prefer it doesn't look awful as well. Does anyone have any links they think might be useful? Thanks in advance.
