Had a small amount owing, high two figures, to AGL for a gas supply. There was an ongoing payment that would have settled the balance in six weeks that they'd been receiving since the beginning of the year.
They decided to start calling me using a computer program which I don't want to deal with. They called 1 to 3 times per day for 15 days at which point I called them and asked them to cease and they refused.
So I called the Ombudsman on Friday and explained the situation and the guy said it's harrassment and it's unreasonable considering the time frame, amount and ongoing payments and he will make sure it stops by Tuesday (yesterday).
Then I rang them today and they tell me my account is frozen and I don't need to pay it.
All I wanted is to not be spammed by a robot LEL.
What, like $90?
… You're paying AGL $15 a week?
… What?! If you don't need to make a payment on your account, you have a nil balance. If you have a nil balance, why is your account frozen.
I have no idea what is going on, or what your post is about. Halp.
