KFC Qld are owned by the Collins Group hence why deals & offers vary. I have heard that some stores do offer Hot n Spicy in the NSW/Vic group, but I am not sure which ones. I have just seen it reported in other posts.
Back in the day when we lived in a state that doesn't have it year round (NSW) it usually happened in August. That WAS a while ago, and it could have changed since then.
I think we still have them in NSW. That's what I think I had last month anyway…
