What is the basic difference between an Urban bike and a Hybrid bike?

    • +3

In a nutshell, the urban bikes are built for comfort and speed with an upright riding position (as opposed to hunched over the handlebars and gearing up for a road bike).

A hybrid refers to a bike with 2 specific riding purposes, to cruise on the road at a relaxed pace as well as handle rougher terrain like secluded bike paths or easy mountain bike trails. They come with a more robust frame and bigger wider tyres to suit these purposes.

      • Oh and thanks for the question!

    • I can't garantee a better price but you can call our store and organise package deals that will save you cash. Depending on stock availability. Thanks for your question!
