The single pack versions seem to be the cheapest already at CW for $11.99, compared to other stores like Priceline etc Normally retails for $21.95. But this is an even better deal.
For the same price of $11.99, get a bonus eyeliner with the mascara or vice versa. Making it 6 bucks each!
Make sure you grab the "limited edition pack". Stock seems to be instore only, my local store had plenty of stock.

I don't wear eye make-up often at all (maybe a few times in the last few years lolz) so consider me impressed by the look of that liquid eyeliner - seems like you can make the tip/brush thinner and thicker by twisting the top bit of the pen. Cool feature.
The pen is actually flat. So one side is thin, turn it 90degrees and it's slightly thicker. Seems to have a lot of good reviews. I don't really do black eyeliner, but for $6 , why the hell not. Good reviews for the mascara too.

Liquid eyeliner can look amazing but the skill of putting it on still eludes me.
