Have my Belong service installed and activated last Friday.
My home network seems getting very slow, unresponsive and time-outs from 6-7PM till mid-night on weekdays, 12PM to 12AM on Sunday.
It is more likely to be a congestion, I am having SYNC speed of 12-13Mbps but I only get 2-3M during night peak hours.
Here are some similar complaints on whirlpool forum: http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2409490
I've setup a Internet latency monitor (google.com) on my Raspberry Pi:

I am working weekdays and this annoys me so much as I would only be at home during their night peak hours.
I called their team last Friday and I haven’t received any of reply from them in one-week-time.
I am using a Netgear DG834G_V4 as an ADSL modem (with SNR tweaks), Cisco 1841 as a router doing NAT/PAT, DNS and DHCP server, WD MYNET N900 as an AP and Gigabit Switch. I have tried to change another router and it is the same result. The DSLAM is using BDCM - Broadcom chipset and it's part of the reason I am not using HWIC-1ADSL card which is equipped with Arctel Chipset.
All of my PC and laptops are connected via physical Ethernet CAT6 cables expect all of my smartphones.
PS: I am around 2.5KM to DSLAM in RESERVOIR, VIC but I normally get >10Mbps with speedtest except the hours I have specified above. I think I have got a quite stable telephone line.

I am considering to change another ISP after my plan has been finished within 6 months, or maybe I would go with TIO and file a compliant against them.
Guys, if you are with Belong, do you have any problem with them?
I think you're probably experiencing "the Netflix effect".
Pretty sure it's affecting all ISP's at the moment.
