I have ordered a couple of frames from here before, takes about a week to arrive.
What I love most about this site is the way you can search for specific sized frames - length, height, width etc. So when you go into an optical store and try on glasses, find some that suit you and write down the number on the arm.
Have a close look at your frames and you will find most have the measurements imprinted on them, either on the arms or even on the inside of the bridge piece. You will probably find three numbers, sometimes only two. The first and second numbers are usually separated by a small square. The first number is the lens width. The next number after the square is the bridge size. If there is a third number then this signifies the arm length.

Bought from goggles4u before. Can vouch for their product precision and speed in delivery (think they come out of HK anyway).
As a side tip… go to http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com and follow the referral link on the left and you'll get 10% off on top of the coupons they give out.
