I don't think this qualifies as a deal since the Australia Post website lists it as out of stock. I price matched the Australia Post website at Officeworks so got it for $40.
My old modem was a bob lite and I got an extra 10% sync speed so I am very happy.
Boblite: Actual Data Rate 1022 (Kbps.) 8249 (Kbps.)
TPLink: 9215 1022 kbps
If they catch on to Australia Post having no stock try matching the betta website.

Your bob lite however had dual band (2.4ghz), I think. Had the ability to have two SSID's. In terms of Wifi capability your old Bob was actually better, if not only slightly.
In terms of specs, it has NAT table size of 5020 and only 64 mb of Ram. Not a powerhouse but it is cheap. Good candidate modem for bridging with a higher spec router.
OK for light users with no more than 3 PC's or laptops but if you have a bigger house / two storey house and a larger number of devices it may be worth putting some extra coin into your networking hardware, and get updated 802.11 AC with dual band support.
