Mitsubishi Cooling and Heating Spilt Air Conditioning

Hi everyone,
I am looking the air condition.Currently my broken air condition is 7.1kw.Its a bit big to the kitchen and dining room, just wonder anyone please suggest me where or which website should I look up for reasonable price for the unit and install?

  What is the room volume (LxWxH)? Sizing is usually based on volume to cool/heat.

    The length is 6mtr and wide is 3.5 metres.The position of my old air conditioning is inverter.
