Today we have another car charger on sale for a very low price that utilises the special VoltIQ technology.

Have you ever wondered why your devices charge faster with some chargers and slower from others? Often it's not because of power output, but compatability. Standard chargers are usually hard wired with one charging protocol, but every device is unique and may not use the same charging protocol as each other. So with the VoltIQ technology the charger is able to detect your device and deliever the fastest possible charge. This is the same technology used in Anker devices known as "PowerQ".

The charger can also charge 2 devices simultaneously at 2.4a while maintaining a low heat dissipation with it's high build quality. A lot of cheaper chargers found online cannot charge 2 devices at 2.4a and are prone to overheating and burning out.

Specs:

  • Input: DC 12-24V
  • Output: 5V/4.8A
  • Power: 24W
  • Dimensions: 63x32x25mm
  • Weight: 23.5g

      • This is blasphemy!!

  • I'm trying to buy 2 but after applying the coupon it's pricing them at USD6.99 each.

Ahh, the coupon only drops USD4 off the total price :(

    • Yeah you'd have to make 2 separate orders unfortunately.

      • Thanks. I ordered one and couldn't resist ordering one of the quick charge ones as well :)

So just so I'm clear, although this is 2.4 amps, it is safe to use on older smartphones and tablets that don't charge at 2.4 amps?

Is it the case that they will just charge at whatever safe lower speed that they are designed to charge at?

    • +2

They will only draw the amount of current that they need. It could be a 100 amp charger and still be fine.

      • 100amp. now that's charger. do they come in a wireless model? can't wait until the day 100amps buzz around us like wifi does now. power points will be a thing of the past.

  • Damn, I just bought this at full price 1-2 weeks ago…

  • So is this guaranteed to charge 2 phones at the same time?
Sick of getting these dual USB charges but can only charge 1 at a time

    • Yep. This isn't a generic no-name brand.

  • Sweet! Bought 3!

  • Damnit.. paid twice as much for the qualcomm one :/

    • +1

Qualcomm one has Quick Charge 2.0 while this one doesn't. QC2 is starting to reach a lot more devices now ;)

      • But if the max for both is 2.4a then it doesn't make a difference? (Genuine question)

        • Thia one in the post has a max of 2.4a for both, but the Tronsmart one with Qualcomm Quick Charge has a different output and will charge much faster for devices that support it.

      • Rep, I bought 2 but I had to register and then with all tge fiddling around in my phone, I forgot to add the code :(
Is there any way to cancel order and re-order?. Can this be rectified in any way? . Order number 3403510. thank you

  • The clearance between two USB ports seem to be too small.

    Eg. compare against this:

Cheers OP, got one. Was looking for a decent car charger for my euro LG G3. Now all I need is a reliable wall charger that doesn't need a socket converter…

  • Is this the same physically as the Qualcomm?

I find the spring behind the contact on the end of the Qualcomm I bought too firm and it pushes the charger out until it only just makes contact. The lightest bump or touch on the USB cable is enough to make it stop charging

  • Uh..why if I select , it becomes USD $13.98? and not USD 4.99 X 2?

P/S Nvm..bought two separately..now finger crossed it would turn up after 40 days ..>.<

Coupon takes $4 off rather than 50% off.

It should arrive within 3 weeks. Mine did ;)

bought on but wow, paypal ……$1.00 AUD = $0.71 USD

    Should have used 28degres

  • +2

Any chance of a Qualcomm quick charge wall charger deal rep please? 😊

    • I'll see what I can do, but best to my knowledge there isn't any with an AU plug.

      • I guess, if its the right price, we could use an adapter..

        • +1

I'll try and do something this week then.

        • @Clear: cheers

  • Hi Store Rep

I was almost about to checkout but found out this is not quick charger as shown here http://www.geekbuying.com/item/Tronsmart-TS-CC2PC-Quick-Char…

This is fast charger so not sure why should i buy this can you tell me how much is charging difference between fast charger and this quick charge ? as its $10 USD difference.

    • The QC 2.0 will only work with devices compatible with the technology and can charge a 3300mAh battery from 0% to 60% in 30 minutes. If your phone isn't compatible then it will only use 2.1a.

      • thx for quick reply then how does Tronsmart VoltIQ Dual 2.4a ? work ? dose is work with any phone's and how quick it will charge ? compare to QC 2.0
If i have a Samsung S5 and Iphone 5 does is charge same rate ? with Tronsmart VoltIQ Dual 2.4a ?

        • Yes it will work with any phone.

This video will show you the difference in charging speeds with QC 2.0 and non-QC chargers.

Both the S5 and iPhone 6 will charge at 2.1a.

  • purchased. Thx !
