Nature's Organic Conditioners 500ml $0.50 @ Coles (not shampoo)

100

In both Berry and Apple varieties.
Cheapest ever, usually $2 each so 75% off.
Quality is fine if you're not fussy (males and kids).

From Coles in Turramurra NSW, to be confirmed if store specific or nation-wide.

Update:
Appears to be nation-wide, grab one before they change the checkout price and you could score a freebie!!!

Edit:
Only the conditioner is on special.
Sorry about the misinformation, shampoo was included on the display but on the receipt only the conditioner was marked down.

  • I use this one, usually pay the $1 so 50 cents is a crazy price.

Wife wouldn't use it but being a male I find it fine. I'm not fussy at all, never had a problem.

All i can say is it's showing as $2.09 on the Coles online shop so this may be a case of being a store managers deal.

And some thing odd with that price ticket saying 1/2 price but a $1.40 discount off original $1.90 price is not 50% off. I wonder if a pricing error?. Wonder if it's meant to be 95c, not 50c?.

    • Seen this stuff before. Sometimes says $5 down from $20, 50% off! Someone at Coles can't do maths

"Signs of our times" on The Checkout on ABC regularly shows such things. Hilarity ensues.

      • Well i'm off to my local Coles this afternoon to check if it's actually 50c or not.

      • Means it's been reduced multiple times over a period.
It so as not to breach ACCC rules on promotions, as in when does a promotional price become a regular price.

This range is very cheap and nasty. Their other range is much better and still cheap.

It's fine. Just like all shampoo. I recommend $30 for you, sir/madam.

I've got some magic beans you might like….

  • Was near Coles in Warwick (WA) this morning so popped in there as my husband uses the apple variety, and can confirm that they had this 50c special - including the "50% off" price tags on the shelf LOL. The bottles still scanned at $1.90 at the register, so I ended up getting one for free which made it an even better bargain! Thanks for posting this OP.

Nothing wrong with this and for 50c it's a steal. They're cruelty-free too.

Although they were $1 a few weeks ago and my local had no stock of the shampoo

  • Normal price is $2 ? Got a feeling maybe 2-dollar shop or Reject shop will be even cheaper. Is it made in China ? Or made in Australia using imported (from China) materials ?

    • +1

The origin of the Ingredients isn't listed on the packaging, but it's Australian made by an Australian-owned company. Nothing wrong with this shampoo at all, my husband's been using it for years and is more than happy with it.

    • No no cheaper. Been around a long time. Ok for the kiddies and man of the house. It's not too bad for a cheapie at all. Me personally, i do not use.

  • That stuff is awful.

  • Was at a local Coles in Rockhampton QLD this afternoon. All of them ticketed as the normal $1.90 price no 50% off price tags. I don't think this is nation wide. It might be specific states.

  • These are good for wet comb treatment of head lice

  • Have just seen the edit about only the conditioner being on special - I must have been lucky then! I had two of each and was going through the self-serve checkout and asked for assistance when the shampoo bottles both scanned at $1.90 - she called someone for a price check and sent them off with one of the conditioners (which I hadn't scanned yet) and they came back and said yep, it's 50 cents. Never even occurred to me (or her either, obviously) that only the conditioner was discounted, because she pulled the shampoo out of the bag, cancelled the original transaction and put everything through again with the freebie one and the others at 50 cents.

  • The "50% off" is obviously "at LEAST 50% off". You can't expect them to have tickets for every percentage, especially ones they rarely use. They do this all the time, same as Woolies.

And yeah, this stuff is fine for blokes.

    • Actually the tickets are printed weekly, and specifically for each item. It's been a decade and a half since I was a checkout chick, but the system is the same, if you look at the OP photo the ticket is printed with the name, barcode and dates of the offer.
