Region: West Java
Producer: Klassik Beans Cooperative
Variety: Unique Dutch Heirloom
Processing: Fully Washed
Altitude: 1,400 masl
Very elegant in the cup, with chocolate, complex fruit, delicate florals and hint of spice.

El Salvador San Emilio
Slightly floral with a hint of apricot in aroma, dark chocolate, hazelnut, creamy body, toffee sweetness, mild acidity with a soft orange note, long finish.
Cupping Score: 84
Altitude: 1,000-1,400 masl
Varietal: Bourbon

Guatemala Santa Felisa Estate Washed
Soft spice, fuji apple & chocolate aroma, medium red apple acidity, rounded body, sweetness, notes of honey, guava & plum with clean sweet finish.
Cupping Score: 87
Altitude: 1,500-1,950 masl
Varietal: Red Typica

    Hey Andy, thanks for your order mate. The El Salvador isn't, it's a pulped natural but I'm roasting a sample batch of another new arrival today that came at the same time as these coffees. It's a Panama Carmen washed coffee so I'll send this instead of the El Salvador :-)
