About a month ago I purchased a SSD for my daughter's schooling laptop(https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/198395)
It initially seemed to work, but a couple of days later turned dead. I immediately contacted PBtech and they asked me to contact ParcelPoint because PBTech is NZ based online shop and has some return arrangement with ParcelPoint.
So I sent back the SSD immediately(26/06) via ParcelPoint. The ParcelPoint guy was kind and helpful initially and asked me if I want to get refunded. I answered yes to avoid unnecessary hassle, and on 07/07 the last time I contacted this guy, he told me he would contact the shipping company to see any progress.
And that's it.
I've sent messages to both PBTech and ParcelPoint and they haven't answered yet.
Although I am regretting buying from overseas, now I have to minimize my lose.
Any effective ways to get refund from PBTech?
