      • +1

        It was $13 to 3131.

        I fail to agree.

I added product to cart. Entered cart. This is what is says.

Delivery to postcode 2000 for the above items will be an additional $13
Delivery to postcode 3000 for the above items will be an additional $13
Delivery to postcode 4000 for the above items will be an additional $9
Delivery to postcode 5000 for the above items will be an additional $13
Delivery to postcode 6000 for the above items will be an additional $13

$13 to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth is most major cities in my opinion.

        • $13 to Canberra as well :(

  • Transmit/Receive: 2 x 2 for 2.4 GHz, 2 x 2 for 5 GHz

better off with a 3x3 at least

But for $29 what do you expected?

      Price match at JB?

  • Thanks OP. For $29 I've ordered one.

maybe just price match them, no surcharge

      • Can I match QLD from JB Sydney?

      • +1

even during price match , i dont think they go beyond one price. They wont sell anything beyond their original cost price which makes sense.

called one of the jb hifi store and store person said they cant match price as store is in brisbance.. when I spoke to manager she mentioned lowest price they can offer is $90.

so if someone is looking for router just purchase from Computer Aliance.

      • Ouch!

      • I can't be bothered arguing over less than 50 cents.

    • so what's the /actual/ price? and is it still worthwhile?

      • For me it was $42.42 delivered.

  • Thanks, ordered.

  • It's only a router, no inbuilt modem.

    • Pretty cheap for a dual band router.

      • Yea price isn't too shabby.

  • From reading, the chipset is marvell and the wifi isn't too crash hot stable. And no ability to mod it up with custom firmware.

    I'll pass.

  • anyone please able to help me. so to use this router, you need same brand of modem or it can work with d-link, which i already have it?

    • You have to set your dlink to modem only if available.

Otherwise better go an get a ADSL2+ modem router.

      • Yeah, it's already adsl2+ modern router, but WiFi is very horrible. So thinking to replace it with this linksys, you reckon it will be good.
        Thanks.

        • +1

I don't have experience with this router but you better off get a new ADSL2+ Wireless modem router instead of this one. By the look of it doesn't look good with the WiFi (no antenna) also as comment from NickFritz above.

          Like this TP-LINK Archer D7.

          http://www.tp-link.com.au/products/details/cat-15_Archer-D7.…

Because if you connect another router you have to set your DLink as modem only.
