Even basic stuff like gym pants in the shops is super super expensive. Is there a well priced online outlet for this type of clothing?
Good value gym and exercise clothing?

get urself good quality Nike gym wear it lasts so much longer than the cheap stuff
u can pick up cheap items at the outletsI would say Kmart if you can go to the store,
also: http://au.sportsdirect.com/
if you are into sports teams: http://www.fangear.com/outletI love sports direct, if you order enough items the postage is not too bad. Unsure where you are based but if it is a major city a lot of your fave brands will have factory outlet stores. If I just need something to throw on after the gym, a swim or a tshirt to go on top of yoga gear I usually buy tops from Cotton On for $2 -$5
I have tried those brands like Skins or other expensive sports gear with thermal tech etc etc. I don't think it is worth it but unsure what work outs you do. I invest more in footwear rather than clothing. Online retailer Stylerunner has good clearance items sometimes at 50%+ off.Aldi always a wide range when they have fitness gear on sale and I like Kmart and target as well for good cheap stuff. Apart from shoes I would gladly wear fitness gear from the likes of Spalding and Slazenger so long as it fits and looks pretty decent. For shoes I wouldn't risk running a marathon in anything other than say New Balance or Asics due to risk of injury but hey thats just me.
K-Mart…
I walked through the other day and found they had a range of plain (no obvious branding) quick dry style gym clothes. I grabbed some singlets and shirts for about $9 a piece.
I go to a gym in the Sydney CBD, so I'm going to be judged for everything so at least I can be smug knowing I didn't pay $100 for a t-shirt like some of them. It turns out there is no scientific evidence that brand name clothing helps you exercise longer or lift more weight, despite popular opinion.
