If you need customer support for e-tax, you can also ring ATO. So whats the difference except you are charging fee? You don't provide accoutancy service with this fee, do you?
$34.95 for "basic" type of service, then $19.95 would be deducted from the refund if you are to get any from the ATO, so the minimum fee is like $$64.90. Even if you have $5 off, it is $59.90 minimum service fee.
I have been using e-tax from ATO since 2005. FREE.
