      There are only 4 main producers of salmon in Australia , I can name them all. And I can tell you which two sell most of the salmon in the wholesale market. I doubt u can tell me this.

Markets I go to ALWAYS sell Skin on fillets for 21.95, and steak cuts for 19.95. Plus they are fresher aswell.
