Hi, my friend is looking for a white Mercedes convertible to borrow for his wedding from 12 noon to midnight (so 12 hours) but can't find a place that charges about $400. We've tried looking at regular car hire businesses but white convertibles don't seem to be an option. Does anyone know of any place that can provide such a cheap service? He already has someone to drive the car.

have to agree with madmouse, I did the exact same thing for my wedding. they did say that they do not guarantee a white car but on the day they came up with the goods.

Also maybe better to book at the branch you want to pick it up at, rather than on line or by phone. That way they have more personal contact with you and more likely to assist with getting a white car
Not unless they are willing to pay the fines and fuel for an ultra fast drive to Sydney and back, plus airfares etc. ✈️ 🚔 ✈️
just did a europcar quote in aug from 10am sat-> 10am sunday (1 day). came up to $190.69 for a merc e-class convertible with the code "51270840".
not sure if theyll have a white one
EDIT: whilst it's not guaranteed, i believe "white" cars are very common among rental places (since they're the cheapest to buy)
