My friend was offered $44 per Month at rockdale, no sign up fee, $70 admin. She didn't take it up. I was there at the time.
The guy's name is Steve, and i think he said it was a deal not offered to the general public (he didn't explain). We didn't take it up however.
Maybe you could try it there? Its a one-gym membership, and during 11-4pm only or something like that.
