Not that I know of. I think there's a long term support plan in place for this with more paid cars and content coming.

I mean you would of had to of not owned the game and then want to buy this DLC for some reason and then redeemed it before purchasing the game to accidentally discover this glitch.
or maybe you own the disc and wanted the DLC but then to go to amazon and have to use a US PSN just to redeem it seems like a lot of effort and a headache.
