  We've had a look at that for you and can see you are correct, you were charged a delivery fee in error. This is a technical error so due to this error on our part we'd like to offer you two options;

  1. A full refund of your delivery fee.
  2. Instead of a refund of your $7 delivery fee we will send you a $20 gift voucher to use online or in store?
