Current Value of Wii U?

  • Black Wii U with Splatoon is $328 at Big W.
  • Black Wii U with Mario Kart 8 is $429 everywhere.
  • Over a year ago, White Wii U's were cleared out for ~$200. The general public still have that price point embedded when judging the value of a Wii U - despite Wii U's costing a lot more now.

  $280 for the lot seems reasonable enough to garner some interest. Remember that Wind Waker is worth a lot (out of print I think), so that into consideration.

  Off-topic: I'd buy MK8 if you're in Melbourne :)

    i assume you mean the wind waker bundle is out of print?????????

    not the actual game itself which is currently for sale @ target in store for $55

    (i saw one today at my local target)

      No the disc, it is out of print. Yes it's still in stores but stock is no longer being replenished.

  I'd say around $200. But the WiiU is worth keeping! Get splatoon and smash and your set!

    I would say there's more worth getting to be 'set'. Wonderful 101 is fantastic, but often overshadowed by big sister Bayonetta 2. There's also Yoshi's Woolly World and Kirby's Canvas curse for kids. Plus Star Fox coming at Christmas and open world Zelda before E3 next year :D Xenoblade Cross looks good, but I'm worried about how much they want to push co-op multiplayer for it and what the drawbacks of it will be.

    But seriously. Wonderful 101 is the best game on the console, especially for people who grew up with Power Rangers.

    Also Hyrule Warriors, but, nobody cares about Hyrule Warriors :3

    On the other consoles we've got…. uh…. Last generation remakes… I guess? THE BIAS IS REAL.

      Ugh, I totally forgot about Hyrule Warriors! Might try play it before I sell. Only thinking of selling because I've hardly been playing it. :(
