I tried chalking up to $22 worth of accessories, it worked.

  I very much doubt the Lightning cables are MFI certified.

  I just ordered 2 iphone cases, total $18. Was 100% discounted with OP's code.
  The payment options had a choice, along the lines of: 'No payment details required'.

  Order successfully processed with email confirmation.

  Now let's see if they cancel the order, once they notice it getting ozbargained! :)

  $15 worth of items and when I click 'apply code' it just takes me to checkout with the full $15. Guess they're hoping some people will accidentally check out at full price.

  Not sure what's happening here. I was successfully applying the code with 1c Paypal payment, purchasing few phone accessories. This morning I got delivery from NoWorries, but the sent item was not what I have ordered.
  I got a Pendo case (http://www.noworries.com.au/pendo-felt-carry-case-for-7-tabl…). Well, for 1c I can not complain :D.
