I was with Blue many years ago, but I switched due to performance not being quite what I wanted. That was some time ago, so maybe it has changed, but anyone offering unlimited disk, domains and bandwidth for $6.95 a month is going to be limiting their performance somewhere. Note: This $3.49 deal is in USD and only does 1 site. It is 50 cents cheaper than last month.
If performance and up-time is not critical to what you do, this might be a okay deal.
I don't believe this is a deal as this is the normal price when you first sign up for web hosting.
This pricing started last year..

Both your link and google cache show $3.95 pricing for last month, and when I used your link I went back all way the to Oct last year and it was $3.95 on each month there, so I would call it a current special, even if it is not that great a deal, it's still cheaper.
This isn't a deal, however bluehost is nice for running as a testing/development server. If you want to experiment and push out a lot of smaller type websites/landing pages or even just get some email addresses - then bluehost is great with it's unlimited everything. Then once you find a project that is too popular/too complex - you need to go and find it's own dedicated server. But for development and everything else - it's working quite nicely for me.
I agree the unlimited one is a nice practice or learning area for a new developer or project, but remember this $3.49 deal is for a single site only, you need to pay $6.95 for the unlimited everything. For a little less on the first month and a little more each month there after, you can get rock solid performance (I have been through a few hosts unfortunately - blacklisted email servers, down time, slow performance, accounts hacked, you name it) and I found my current hosts have all the services but limit disk space and bandwidth. This means they can control the loads better on the servers. I have run up to a dozen sites on it. My biggest site is 500MB. And I keep heaps of backups on there too.
Much better service, up time is amazing - almost always, not that I have ever found it to be down. I've used MDD hosting for years now and just love them after all my 'cheap' hosting head aches. www.mddhosting.com
