Seems like a good deal. The cheapest on ebay is $33 from New Zealand and they're also listed on Booktopia for $45. So at $10, that's less than a third of the normal price and it's also from a brick and mortar store.
I've been using the German one, and I must say it's quite good for beginners.
And 3 of the listed languages are a category 1 language according to the Defence Language Institute.

I thought it was $10 for all of them! (Which would've been great as I'll be in 3 of 4 of those countries in a few months.)
