I am about to cancel the Vaya service which is $27/monthly.I spoke to the girl and she said I have to pay $30 fir cancel the service.How is ridiculous,from the time I started the plan, its stated that no fee to withdraw the service.Anyone have the same experience please share with me how to avoid that stupid fee?

no, just port straight out to the Vodafone offer.
But the vodafone acct under my partner so I dont know what to do except port my vaya number to Aldi number. Any suggestions?
Port it to the $1 Aldi with $5 credit and 365 expiry starter pack.
"cancel" to Vaya means closing off the phone number permanently as opposed to "porting out".
choose your words carefully when chatting to them.
as mentioned above, porting out has no fee
(coincidentally I ported out from Vaya today!)
after porting out, contact them to refund your security deposit.

There is no fee/charge if you port your number out to another provider, cancelling your service is not free
