I think you will find the kick stand is meant to represent a feature that's available using a certain case/cover.
You are correct thinking it's been photoshopped on since the device in the picture doesn't have the cover on. Also the keyboard is the Surface cover keyboard and not one that can be packaged (although that option doesn't appear here)

That isnt the 3G version.
Same everything else but no sim card slot.
IMO with the crap 3G bands and no 4G bands this model offers. Probably better just to get a non GSM version
