FYI - Mid-2014 MBP has no force touch trackpad, slightly slower RAM and CPU and slightly smaller battery (now discontinued as of March 15)

  • 2014?? Should be in a museum

    • Comes free with Time Machine.

No offense intended - it just looks like a bad buy! Happy to remove neg if explanation warrants!

    • Kogan: "This Product is an international model imported directly from internationally based distributors."

      • I'd much rather Kogan than refurbished

        • You just need to go through one warranty exercise with them and then you see the value of local sellers!

        • Why is that? I have heard nothing but positive reviews from those who've purchased a refurbished model from Apple…

        Yeah? It's kogan ?

  • I got this version from wireless1 about 2 months ago for $70 cheaper.

It's not bad but the OS can be a bit laggy when switching between screens.

It's ridiculous that dick smith don't have their macbooks on the ebay site.

    I want the newer rMBP

    • Yeah, been checking for the rMBP 15" but no stock (supposedly).

  • Can anyone confirm tax invoice or not?

    • None of products from Kogan can be claimed for tax refund.

    • no tax invoice for grey imports. you'll get an invoice form the HK arm of th Kogan (a diff company to the one operating in aus) :)

If you don't mind it's refurbished, for the same specs, Apple Store is selling it at A$1569.

Refurbished 13.3-inch MacBook Pro 2.6GHz Dual-core Intel i5 with Retina Display

    • Having purchased a refurbished macbook pro from apple recently I have to say it is definitely worth it. You get the full warranty, it comes like a brand new macbook in the original box etc. and at a price better than I have seen at retailers.
