I did quite a bit of research on cast iron cookwares. Finally I decided to go for this combo.

3 qt., Deep Skillet Base: 10-1/4" dia., 3" depth.
Shallow Skillet/Griddle lid: 10-1/4" dia., 1-1/2" depth
It has been quite a while since I wanted to find something with no coating. I still remember that when I was young I was told that its good to cook with cast iron because your body needs iron. Of course you can eat spinach instead. I guess with non stick coating, you don't get iron in your food.
The delivery charge from US is ruining my mood. Victoria's BC has no stock left.
Is there somewhere in Sydney I can get this combo cheap (not like more than $100) ?
