Hi, I'm looking for a laptop to use for school work, web browsing and the occasional Netflix.
Any suggestions?
Price around $1,000, okay if it's a bit over price range

  We still have the Toshiba Portege M930 on sale for $750. Great little SSD tablet/notebook for that price. If we have it, then someone near you will have it too. Have a look around….

  I brought a Toshiba s50t from good guys a few weeks ago for $900. Happy with so far its got an i7 processor.
