I have an internship coming up. I am an Asian, 1.72m tall,a students and don't have a super large budget, but I am happy to buy slightly steeper things if it is of good/top quality since I will be graduating soon.

Last time i bought a suit in syd, i went to DFO homebush. It's a bit out of the way, but had a bunch of suit stores
I like Rembrandt suits, a few weeks ago I bought a super 110 wool suit 2 trousers for $560 excluding alterations during their mid year sale. The stores at mid city and Macquarie centre are both good, they'll give you an honest opinion in terms of how the suit looks on you.
MJ Bale seems popular on OzB but they don't suit my body shape very well.
A few general suggestions; try the suit on, don't buy blindly online. If you can afford it buy 2 trousers since the trousers will always wear out faster than the coat. Ask the shop for a relatively hard wearing fabric if this is going to be a daily wearer. And if you're going to buy just one suit, go for a deep navy or charcoal, plain black is a bit plain.
How big is their range?
how come the prices are so high? its like 399 or something for just the jacket. How you get it so cheap?
Mid year sale - full RRP is on the website but the price was a lot lower in store when I went.
I usually get mine tailored on my yearly asia trip.

If you're on a shoestring budget, hit up Connor at DFO or during a sale. Shirts for ~$15, suits for ~$100. Quality is ok for the price. You can get two of each colour/style to rotate and reduce wear and tear on them to make them last a little longer. All that matters is your clothes fit properly, and the quality is good enough for you to feel comfortable.

@shadow131: That'd be just the jacket, you dont generally find the best specials online they will be in store. SOmetimes i have found suits in the 75% off clearance price sections
travellers apparel in collingwood, bought 4 suits from there over 2 years. Best suits I've had. One recommendation though is to pay extra on top for them to be tailored to your figure even further if you wear them every week.
How much is a tailored one roughly?
