Hey everyone,
For those on the old Telstra Encore pre-paid plan who use Bill to Telstra in Google Play, the max $20 per transaction limit has been increased to $100 per transaction.
I noticed this when having to accept a new billing agreement in Google Play, and just successfully purchased a movie for $25 (above the old $20 limit).
Below is a screenshot showing the new amount of $100 per transaction, with a limit of $500 per month on purchases in Google Play:
