Following a tip from OzBargain, I purchased (and fully paid) for an item from dicksmithonline in eBay. The Order Details from the confirmation email showed an expected date when I can pick up the item from the local Dick Smith store. This expected date has been well passed, and as I have to go overseas next week, I have been trying to contact dicksmithonline to query about the pick-up date.
I use eBay a lot, and the communication between buyers and vendors are always responsive. dicksmithonline is an exception. Each and every time I send a message to it, I receive immediately an automated reply which informs me that dicksmithonline is out of the office until few days later!! And many days later, still no reply from dicksmithonline!!
Very poor customer service I must say.

Open a PayPal dispute..that will get there attention.
