Where to Obtain a US T-Mobile Sim Card?

I'm helping a friend has brought back her iPhone from the states and which is ripe for unlocking but she needs a T-Mobile sim to complete the unlocking process.

doesn't need any value.

how can I get a t-mobile sim for as little money as possible?
