Not sure, this is from their website for a major service: "high-tech electronic tune-up, fuel system check, full lube service, a full brake inspection and safety check, and a written safety report. Includes Valvoline oil, oil filter, spark plugs and points."
I asked for a reason. I had my car serviced on a 120.- flat price.
Ended up paying for spark plugs, oil, filter and so on extra on top of that.
Was NOT with the company you listed.
I'd be asking what the service costs before mentioning anything about Facebook during the booking call.

Mention when booking.. so we can tack an extra $50 on to the price of the job.
just FYI: last year i was told by mate of my mate, the EX-Shop Manager of this franchise in the north side of WA, he quit the job because he could not continue carrying out some of the dodgy practices done to his customers. it was too much for him.
It's not easy to find a good mechanic. With these franchises you can't unfortunately tell by one experience how the others work. If you are happy with one Auto Masters, Ultra Tune or Autobahn, etc it doesn't mean that the shop in the neighboring suburb is any good. Comes down to the individual manager/mechanic…

I constantly have door knockers trying to sell me some Auto Masters package. I shoo them away but I've always wondered if it's actually any good.
most of this mechanic special just dodgy special…you'll almost always get charged with something else "extra"
Have up after couple attempts on site like scoopon.. i'll stay away from them completely…
rather just find a full time mechanic doing cashies on weekend
Auto Classic now Burswood Honda 20 years ago charged my cousin parking fee $400 from 8am-3pm. Nothing get replaced or oil change at all. Car came out worse with all sort of noises worse than before it went it. I think they just used the car to train those fresh graduates but didn't service the car at all.
What exactly is included in the service?
