YMMV, but from experience don't expect too much from your Sanli. In the 18 months I had a Sanli PowerMulch, the mulching plug perforated, split and then crumbled from a stray rock hidden in the lawn (yeah I know rocks and mowers aren't friendly - but it happens), the fuel cap leaked from day one and later split, and I went through two blade adaptors (the cast block that slides between the engine drive draft and the blade disc) both of which split in half and cost of $70 each to replace. After the second one went, I decided to cut my losses.
Looking at product review.com.au, some of their products are absolute rubbish and some seem alright. But yes, ymmv. Still this is a cheap mower.
I bought an almost identical looking mower from Bunnings about 8 months ago for $125, and so far so good, it's been used every fortnight or so, and starts first pull every time. Doesn't cut as neatly as an expensive one, but you get what you pay for!
Do masters price beat???
