I downloaded a movie on my iPhone and just mirrored to my TV. since I have downloaded it, does it still use any data? The movie is 5gb, and I completely watched. I'm not streaming it so shouldn't be using data right? If mirror means what it suppose to mean should be displaying via Bluetooth connection or whatever?

I'm a ilittle confused, my iPhone has a 5gb movie that was previously downloaded and saved, it just gor streamed completely to the apple using my iPhone network cause my wifi home tpg dropped out at some point, so am I going to be charged any data usages on my phone plan at all?
So your iPhone is connected to WiFi and your TV is connected to Wifi. When you steam your movie to your TV it does not use any data, only local network is used to move files between them and there is no limit for your local network.
Yes, mirroring content from your phone will usually be via your own wifi, so no additional data usage. And presumably the download to the phone was via wifi too, so the data wil be charged to your home plan.
