Best 12 Months Plan with iPhone 6

Hi,

Girlfriend got a new job and the company covers up to $150 of phone bill per month.
She wants to upgrade her iPhone 4 to the 6 but with a 12 months plan in case we have to leave the country or she changes job in the future.

Any plan that you are aware of that worth it ?
It looks like all 12mths are - buying the iPhone over 12mths and then getting a sim plan aside.
She needs min 1gb of data too.

    Does the $150 cover phone repayments as well or just calls/data?

      OP says "off phone bill" great opportunity to get a $70 or $80 plan including the phone and save the company money.

    get a 24 month contract as it gives you the best value and transfer the contract to someone if you leave the country.
