BackupSetup.exe Part of Windows or Virus?

Can someone who knows for certain fill me in on whether this is part of Windows 7, or actually is a virus please? Avira has been popping up daily for the past week or so, saying it has blocked it but I'm finding conflicting info.

The message it comes up with is:

'C:\ Users\mynamedeleted\AppData\Local\Temp\BackupSetup.exe' containing the virus or unwanted program 'PUA/MyPCBackup.Gen' was blocked.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    MyPCBackup is PUP that gets installed alongside other programs. Run the free version of MalwareBytes which will remove it. Malwarebytes.org

      Thanks for that. Surprisingly, Malwarebytes (pro version) hasn't been detecting it. I'll just let Avira delete it tomorrow when it pops up again.
