I recently became a My ticketek member to have access to the presale tickets for events. I tried taking advange of this for the first time today but I don;t know where I can get the password for this. It's not the same as your account password.
Wondering if anyone knows how this whole thing works. Thanks!
I usually get email from then with invitation to presale tickets which includes the pass.
You need to update in your account to tick the related events (eg. sports, music, etc) you would like to receive news or updates from.
Yeah that's what I thought until I didn't get an email for it! Then I looked at my subscription and I someone unclicked sports!
I am totally shattered. I want UFC 110 tickets soo bad.

I believe the pre-release codes are sent from the event organisers or organisations that promote the event to their supporters, club and members.
For example, tickets to games of the NRL finals were able to be purchased 24 hours before the general release date with the code to access this only made available to the official supporters of the NRL and clubs who had games being played i.e Member of titans and had a game being played, you would receive a code to buy pre-release tickets.
