    The scrolling message on the website says free shipping but I just did a dummy order with the code and it didn't have free shipping either.

    I'll email the rep and show him this deal and see if he can fix it and post a update.

    Coupon code can only be used for non-sale items.

    I think it might be because they are already discounted from the single price, maybe PM the rep or use the contact from on the website. They usually reply pretty fast.

    Yep, the discount coupon does not apply to already reduced items in packs. Only individual items. However you'll get free shipping on all orders regardless.
