    What vouchers? The vouchers that came in the gift bag?

    Even if the expiry date is in a few days?
    I got the items for the first three, but the last one is always out of stock, and the voucher expires on the weekend. I asked them if I can have something similar (it was actually even a bit cheaper, same brand etc.), but they said no, although I read that some people managed to get a substitute?
    I will try again anyway later this week.
    It is not surprising that they don't have that item. I saw where it usually is and there is probably enough space for two items on the shelf, so with all the people who bought the bags and wanted to redeem the voucher it is difficult to get it. Just before me there was another lady who looked for the same out-of-stock item.

  Mine just arrived, without the gift pack, sending back and then losing the postage portion of my order, so out of pocket $10, what a scam!

  Are the items to be redeemed with the vouchers back in stock?

  I've been checking multiple Priceline stores on the past few weekends and have only been able to find 1 out of the 4 products. The extended deadline is coming up soon.

    I have been having the same troubles. I have only gotten two out of four. I don't really care for the Garnier Miracle Skin Cream, but I would like to get the Physiogel. Every store I've looked in the Melbourne CBD is always out of these two products. Maybe time to ask on their facebook…

      All their reponses to previous FB posts on this issue was to ask the customers to call them.

      Just contacted them via their website and will call if they don't response soon.

        They gave list of stores with stock on their system. Went to one close to work that's supposed to have 2 of the 3 that I need and found none. Staff told me they had a few of one in yesterday (all gone in a flash of course) and none of the other one for some time.

        Emailed their head office again and will see what happens next.

        This has turned out to be an epic fail for Priceline.

      Can now report back that Temple Court, Melbourne CBD does have the Physiogel and Garnier in stock.

    I got all but the modelco. Last time I tried the lady said they only had gotten in like 3 or 5 of the modelco cleansers since the bags and they were of course snapped up.

  For those in Sydney CBD, Wynyard store had 1 ModelCo foam cleanser, Margaret Street had 1 Physiogel & the store opp Myer had about 2-3 Innoxa exfoliate and more than 10 Garnier about an hour ago.

  For those still looking to redeem those pesky vouchers. I just called their customer service number 1300884411.
  Told them I am having trouble redeeming, and they said they will send me something similar as replacement, free of charge.
  There was no confirmation needed to check which vouchers I still have, so I guess just say you couldn't redeem any at all, and ask for replacement for everything.

    That sounds slightly exploitable. I think the vouchers were good in theory, especially the ones where there were a choice of products. Stores and suppliers should have better anticipated the demand for the products.

    I contacted them through their website a few days ago with same issue. They replied that they will post out similar items. Integrity dictates I was honest and only stated the two I couldn't get :-)
